Ensalada De Nopalitos (Mexican Prickly Pear Salad) salads, hot and spicy, latin american 20 ounces nopalitos; * see note 3 large tomatoes; diced 1 cucumber; peeled and diced 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into thin strips 4 green onions and tops; minced 1/2 red onion; cut into rings 1 1/2 teaspoons minced cilantro 2 stalks celery; trimmed and chopped 2 small fresh hot chiles seeded and sliced into thin rings Ensalada de Nopalitos Dressing; see recipe In a large bowl toss together all ingredients except dressing.
