Chili Con Carne soups, chili, stews, main course, south american 4 onions 1 pound ground beef 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 ounces (1 jar) pimiento 30 ounces (2 large cans) pinto beans 2 ounces butter Chop the onions. Melt the butter and fry the onions until golden. Add the ground beef and stir until loose. Add salt and chili powder. Drain the pimiento and add to the mixture. Add the beans. Serve with garnishes of cheese or raw onion, if desired.
