Caraway Brandy (Or Vodka) beef, beverages, russian, spreads 1 vodka whole bottle 1 oz caraway seeds 3 oz sugar Bruise the seeds and put them into the vodka with the sugar. Cap firmly, shake well and leave in a warm place for a few days to dissolve the sugar. Allow the mixture to sit and infuse for 30 days. Strain through double muslin and rebottle.
