Beets Stewed In Sour Cream

1 lb beets fresh peeled
1 onion chopped fine
1 cup sour cream beaten
3 tablespoon butter
1 salt to taste

Bake the beets ina 375 degree F oven for 1 hour. remove , jullienne' the beets. Brown the onion in butter. Add the beets and fry for 10 minutes.
