Russian Smoked Trout Salad

1 lb hot smoked lake trout
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon green onions; chopped
1 fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoon parsley; chopped
1 lettuce leaves
