Stroganoff > Robyn Walton beef, french, pasta, russian, steak 1 lb round steak, cut in thin 1 strips 3 tablespoon margarine 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, 1 drained 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2/3 cup milk 1 hot parslied noodles Brown meat in margarine. Add onion, mushrooms and seasonings; cook until tender. Add cream cheese and milk; continue cooking, stirring until cheese melts. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 4.
