Krupnik (Polish Fire Vodka) alcohol, polish 1 and 1/2 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla 1 bean 3 strips lemon peel (each 2 1 long) 2/3 cup water 8 sticks cinnamon 2 whole cloves 1 bottle (4/5 quart) 1 unflavored vodka Combine honey and water with spices and lemon peel in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cover, simmer 5 minutes. Add vodka and remove from heat. Strain spices. Serve hot or cold.
