Cottage Cheese With Chives And Sour Cream - Poland

2 1/2 cup bland cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon young scallion greens or chives
1 salt

Rinse chives and chop. Cream cheese and add sour cream to form thin paste. Combine with chives and salt. Place on lettuce leaves arranged on platter.
