Pierogi Pizza - Polish jams, main dish, pizza, polish 2 unbaked pizza shells mashed potatoe; s 1 large onion, diced 1 stick butter or oleo 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 lb provolone cheese, grated 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, grated & mixed w; ith provolone Saute onion in butter, stir into potatoes along with cheddar cheese and refrigerate to let flavor go through. Coat pizza shells with potato mixture. Top with Provolone and Mozzarella cheese mixture and bake until shells are baked and cheese is melted.
