Potato Pancakes With Onions - Pc

10 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 salt
5 tablespoon fat for frying

Clean and pare potatoes, grate, squeeze out. Pour out liquid. Combine grated potatoes with starch settled on the bottom, with grated onion and salt. Shape into uniform balls. Heat part of fat in skillet, place potato balls in hot fat, flatten with a spoon, shape. Fry to golden color on both sides over high flame, add fat when necessary.
