1 box large sea shells (1 lb
6 large potatoes
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese,
1 grated
1 stick margarine
1 for sauce:
1 medium chopped onion
3 sticks margarine

Boil shells until cooked. Boil potatoes until well done; drain, peel and mash. Add cheddar cheese to potatoes; add margarine and mix until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill shells to capacity with mix and arrange in a shallow pan in a single layer. Mix chopped onion with margarine and cook until onions are wilted (not brown); then spoon over filled shells.
