Oatmeal Dumplings - Pc dumplings, grains, jams, polish, side dish 5 cup oatmeal 1 cup milk 1 ; water 1 1/2 cup flour 3 eggs 1 salt 2 tablespoon fatback : Boil milk, pour over oatmeal, add a little water, stir and cook until it thickens. : Add wheat flour, eggs, salt to oatmeal, and work thoroughly with spoon. : Drop dumplings into boiling salted water with a spoon, mix, cover, cook slowly.
