Potatoes Baked In Sour Cream - Pc dairy, polish, side dish, vegetables 8 medium potatoes 1 salt 2 small onions 3 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon to 3 tb green dill; chopped 1 cup sour cream Clean and peel potatoes, slice and cook by adding to boiling salted water, : drain. Chop onion finely, brown lightly in butter, place in casserole, mix with : green dill and sour cream. Add cooked potatoes to this sauce, salt to taste, cover, place in oven. Bake until tender, being careful to prevent burning or too thick a sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
