Stewed Cucumbers - Pc polish, side dish, vegetables 10 medium young cucumbers 4 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon flour 1 salt 1 lemon juice 1 green dill Peel cucumber, cube, pour over with a small amount of boiling water, and simmer. Prepare a white roux from butter and flour, dilute with cooking liquid, combine with cucumbers, heat, season with salt and lemon juice and garnish with chopped green dill.
