Boiled Cabbage In Sour Cream With Tomatoes - Pc dairy, polish, side dish, vegetables 5 medium tomaotes -or- 3 tablespoon tomato paste 1 small head cabbage 1/2 small onion 1 caraway seeds 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoon flour 1 salt : Rinse cabbage, remove withered leaves, shred. Chop onion. Pour a small amount of boiling water over cabbage, add onion and caraway seeds, cook. Rinse tomatoes, simmer, strain, and add to cabbage.
