String Beans In Sour Cream - Pc

2 lb string beans
1 small onion
2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 cup sour cream
1 salt
1 wine vinegar

: Rinse beans, remove strings, cut obliquely. Chop onion. Cook beans with onion in small amount of water over high flame, covered. Prepare a light roux, add to beans, stir while heating.
