3 eggs; hard-cooked
12 slice ham; 5 x 1
1 small onions, pickled; or red sweet pepper slice

Peel and quarter eggs. Wrap a ham slice around each egg quarter, leaving egg ends showing. Secure ham with a wood pick. Garnish with onions, pepper slices, chives or anchovies.

Yield: 12 appetizers
