Vegetable Salad - Pc appetizers, polish, salads, vegetables 2 tablespoon mustard (dry) 1 egg yolk 5 tablespoon olive oil 3 cup mixed vegetables (root vegs) 2 apples 1 salt & sugar 1 chives, green parsley, or dill : Prepare dressing: add olive oil gradually while creaming egg yolk, add mustard to taste. : Rinse vegetables, clean, grate finely.
