4 cup red cabbage; shredded
1 salt
2 apples
1/2 onion
2 1/2 tablespoon oil
1 sugar and pepper

: Shred cabbage, remove core and thick leaves. Salt and set aside to soften. Wash apples thoroughly; grate coarsely. Chop onion.
