Lamb Soup - Pc lamb, polish, soups 8 cup ; water 1/2 lb to 1 lb lamb scraps and bones 3 oz mixed vegetables 1 salt 1 small onion 5 medium potatoes 3 tablespoon fat 3 tablespoon flour 1 centiliter garlic 1 pepper 1 green parsley 1 green dill : Rinse meat and bones, prepare stock; when meat is parboiled add cleaned vegetables, salt and browned onion, cook until tender. : Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. : Drain stock and cook potatoes in it. : Melt fat, add grated garlic and flour, brown until yellow and set apart. : Add some cold stock to flour mixture to form thin soup; add to remainder of stock, bring to the boil. : Cut the meat and vegetables cooked in the stock and add to the soup; add pepper, green parsley and dill.
