Polish Zur With Sausage - Pc

3 cup ; water drained from cooked
1/2 lb sausage
2 cup sour juice (see recipe)
1 salt
2 centiliter garlic
2 tablespoon cut bacon fat

: Water drained from potatoes should be brought to the boil. Add sausage cut in slices. Add sour juice, bring to the boil, add salt to taste and grated garlic.
