Native American Rabbit Delight game, native 1 young rabbit 1 tablespoon fat, 1 cup broth or water with chicken 1 bouillon cube 1/4 cup lemon juice 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped, 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped, 1 pinch ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 green peppers, chopped. Cut up the rabbit and brown pieces in fat in a heavy pot. Add broth and other ingredients, season with salt, pepper and ginger.
