Mandamin (Corn -- Sioux Style) holiday, native, onion, side dish, vegetables 1 1/2 cup corn 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced 1/4 cup mild red pepper, diced 3 tablespoon oil 3 shallots, chopped 1 salt & pepper Heat the oil & fry the peppers with the shallots for 3 minutes or so. Add the corn, salt & pepper. Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes at low heat & serve.
