1 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk 1 egg
2 tablespoon lard melted
1 mix cornmeal, flour, salt. add milk; , egg and
1 large beat until smooth. fill well-grease; d
2 cup molasses
2 teaspoon salt

cornstick pans almost to the top (or pour into a greased 8 in. pan). Bake in a preheated 425o oven for 12 to 15 minuets. Serve with molasses or maple syrup.
