Comanche Fried Frog Legs chicken, game, native 2 lb frog legs 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 egg, well beaten 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup cornmeal 1/4 teaspoon pepper Mix the cornmeal, egg, salt and peper together with enough water to form a batter. Place the oil in an iron skillet and dip the frog legs into the batter and cook for about 30 minutes until they are brown on all sides.
