Fish Chowder, Canadian Indian - Sioux fish, native, pork, soups 1 cup chopped onion 4 cup cubed potatoes 1 tablespoon salt 1/8 tablespoon pepper 5 cup raw fish -- 3/4 cubes 1 quart boiling water 2 cup milk 1 cup half & half cream 1 parsley or chives Add potatoes, onions, salat and pepper to water. Cook about 10 min, until veg are soft, but not completely cooked. Add fish and cook 10 min. Add milk and light cream, stir and heat 15 min longer. DO NOT BOIL. Serve with parsley or chives.
