Turkish Spicy Turkish Eggs eggs, turkish 2 onions, finely sliced 1 yellow pepper, cored & 1 sliced 2 red peppers, cored & sliced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 chillies, chopped 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 3 tablespoon oil 4 eggs 1 salt & pepper 1 greek yoghurt Fry the vegetables and spices in olive oil until the peppers are soft and juicy. Season with salt. One at a time break the eggs into a saucer and then slip into the nest of peppers.Cook until the whites of the egg are set. Serve from the pan with a dollop of yoghurt.
