Ham & Onion Filling

1/2 pound cooked ham; ground
1 small onion; minced
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper; to taste
1/3 cup sour cream; or as needed

In a mixing bowl combine ham, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Mix well, adding more sour cream as needed to make a thick, somewhat stiff mixture. NOTES : Yield; 1 1/4 cups.
