Cheese Spread Or Dip With Caraway appetizers, cheese/eggs, sauces/dips, vegetables 8 ounces cream cheese; softened or 8 ounces Lipto cheese 1/2 cup butter; softened 3 tablespoons sour cream 3 green onions and green tops; chopped 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika 1 teaspoon caraway seed 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 ounces feta cheese 2 anchovy fillets 1 teaspoon capers; drained In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except anchovy fillets and capers. Blend well. Transfer mixture to a serving plate and shape into a smooth mound. Garnish with anchovy fillets and capers. To prepare cheese dip, proceed as directed, but reserve some of the green onion for garnish. Add more sour cream to form dipping consistency.
