Christmas Shortbread cookies, desserts 1 cup butter 2/3 cup brown sugar packed 2 cup flour cream to-gether the butter & sugar. Gradually sift in the 2 cups of flour. Pat or roll out the dough & cut into shapes or roll in small balls and press down on cookie sheet with a fork. Bake in 350 F oven 12 - 15 minutes. Grease cookie sheet.
