Xmas Nibbles: Anchovy Pizzette ch4 teletext 1 375 gram pkt rolled out puff pastry 5 tablespoon tomato passata 1 50 grams tin anchovy fillets 3 tablespoon chopped fresh basil Cut out 18, 3in/7cm pastry circles. Prick the circles with a fork. Chill for 1/2 hour. Spread pastry circles with tomato passata, leaving a pastry edge on each circle. Drain and finely chop anchovy. Arrange chopped anchovy over pastry circles. Preheat oven to gas mark 6/400F/200C. Place pastry bases on greased baking sheets. Bake pizzette for 10-15 minutes until golden and risen.
