Xmas Desserts: Chestnut Tiramisu

2 250 g tub mascarpone
2 oz vanilla sugar/caster sugar
14 sponge fingers; (14 to 16)
1/4 pint strong black coffee
1 500 gram tin marrons glace puree
1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Beat together mascarpone and vanilla sugar. Dip half the sponge fingers in the coffee and line a serving dish with them. Spread over half the marrons glace puree. Top with half the mascarpone. Dip remaining sponge fingers in coffee and layer over mascarpone. Top with remaining mascarpone. Sift over cocoa powder. Cover and chill. Converted by MC_Buster.
