Merry Christmas Hot Chocolate barbara3 1/2 cup cocoa 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 5 cup water 1 can evaporated milk; (18 oz) 2 cup milk 1 sweetened whipped cream 1 crushed peppermint candy Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a large Dutch oven; stir well. Gradually stir in water and bring to a boil. Add evaporated milk and milk. Cook until heated, stirring occasionally. Pour into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed candy.
