Quick Holiday Cranberry Bread

1 pkg pillsbury cranberry quick
1 bread mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon oil
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom ONLY of an 8x4 or 9x5 inch loaf pan. In large, combine all ingredients. Stir 50 to 75 strokes by hand until mix moistened. Pour batter into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator. High altitude: Above 3500 feet. Add 1 tablespoon flour to dry bread mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
