1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon fresh or bottled lime juice
2 unbeaten egg whites
4 cup finely crushed ice
1 maraschino cherries

Cook, sugar and water 5 minutes; chill. Shake all ingredients except cherries in jar until light and frothy. Top with a cherry. Serve immediately. Source: Quick & Easy. ch
