Chocolate Christmas Wreaths

7 squares of semi-sweet baking chocol; ate
1/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped
1 cup assorted candied fruits, (cherries,; citron,apricots etc.)

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or on a plate over a pan of simmering water. Line a baking sheet with nonstick paper. Use a teaspoon to spoon the melted chocolate onto the paper in wreath shapes. While chocolate is still soft, decorate each wreath with almonds and candied fruit. Refrigerate until firm.
