Holiday Dip appetizers, dips, to post 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup parmesan cheese 2 cup artichoke hearts (16 oz); drained, coarsely chopped 1 dash garlic powder 1 dash hot pepper sauce 1 can shrimp or crabmeat (small); drained, optional Combine and spread in greased baking dish. Bake 325F for 30 min or until hot. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips. Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 5-10 min of baking. May also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
