Holiday Chestnut Spread appetizers 1 envelope lipton; (r) vegetable recipe soup 1 container; (15 oz.) ricotta cheese 1 pkg (3 oz.) cream cheese; softened 1 tablespoon light rum; (optional) 1 cup jarred or canned roasted whole ches; tnuts In food processor, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, cheeses and rum until smooth. Add chestnuts and process until just blended, about 10 seconds. (Do not overprocess chestnuts.) Turn into 1-quart casserole and bake 20 minutes or until warm. Serve with Suggested Dippers. Suggested Dippers: Use breadsticks, sliced apples or assorted crackers. Microwave Directions: In food processor, process as above. Turn into 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave uncovered at MEDIUM (50% Power) 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 2 minutes. Serve as above.
