Christmas Punch Bowl beverages 2 raspberry sherbet 1 lemon juice; fresh 1 orange juice; fresh squeezed 1/3 sugar 2 28 oz. bottles ginger ale; chilled 1 32 oz. bottle cranberry juice cockt; chilled 1. Soften 1 pint sherbet. 2. In punch bowl, combine softened sherbet, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. 3. Add ginger ale and cranberry juice. 4. With ice cream scoop, float remaining 1 pint sherbet on top of punch. Makes 15 cups.
