1/2 cup butter
2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

1. Cook butter and sugar together until smooth. Cool. 2. Add eggs and beat. Add baking powder and sifted flour, vanilla and nuts. 3. Bake in a greased cake pan 15 -20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, cut into squares. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 371 by RecipeLu on Dec 15, 1997
