Divinity Fudge

1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup water
1 pinch of salt
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of vanilla and almond flavouring

Cook together until dissolved then uncover and cook to hard ball stage (265F.). Add salt and let stand while you beat 1 egg white. Add vanilla and almond flavouring if desired.
