Maple Fudge candies, christmas 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup granulated white sugar 2 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup corn syrup 1/2 cup milk or cream 1 tablespoon butter Mix flour and sugar in a saucepan. Add maple syrup, corn syrup, and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to soft ball stage. (232-236 degrees) Remove from heat and drop butter on top.
