Day-After-The-Holiday Casserole casseroles 1 7 oz. pkg. spaghetti; cooked and drained 1 3/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey 1 2 oz. jar diced pimiento; undrained 1 small green bell pepper; chopped 1 small onion; chopped 1 can {10 3/4 oz.} condensed cream of ce soup; undiluted 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper * Combine spaghetti, 1 1/4 cups cheese, and remaining 8 ingredients, stirring gently; spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. * Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
