6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded colby or mild cheddar chee; se
2 cup milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices of bread, crusts removed and; cubed
1 lb sausage, fried & scrambled
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9" X 13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Most requested recipe from the 1992 Mother-Daughter Style Show/Luncheon. Perfect for Christmas morning--you assemble it the night before so you don't miss any of the excitement on Christmas morning.
