Vinaigrette Marinade

french

1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon mustard
2 cloves garlic; minced
4 tablespoons parsley; minced
1/2 teaspoon crumbled oregano
1/2 teaspoon crumbled marjoram
1 teaspoon crumbled thyme
1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Whip vinegar into oil and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and marinate meat in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Yields: 2 cups NOTES : Herbed red wine vinegar and oil for beef and lamb. 0 0 0 0 0 0 1016 875 1492 161 0
