Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce chinese, filipino, sauces 1/2 cup thin soy sauce 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (you can 1 substitute -- such 1 as 1 balsamic ) 1 tablespoon sambal 1 tablespoon chopped scallions 1 other vinegars In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sambal, and chopped scallions.
