1 large radish
3 tablespoon rock salt
2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoon sugar
1 peel radish and slice paper thin.
2 press radish down on rock salt and; leave overnight
3 rinse radish with water until no lo; nger salty.
4 squeeze out water, add vinegar, oil; and red pepper.
5 place is air-tight jar and serve.
1 red pepper ++ sliced thinly
