5 lb pigs heads, kidney and toung
2 single onions, medium, chopped
1 single salt and seasoned pepper
1 single casings

Boil heads, kidney and tounge, save water. Grind meats. Saute onions in a little fat. Add to meat mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff mixture into casings then place in saved water and steam for a short time.

Yield: 1 servings
