1 cup butter
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 cup flour
1 egg whites
1 almonds; finelychopped
1 sugar
1 cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten yolks and sifted flour. Roll out thin. Cut with a large round cutter and takeout center with a smaller one, leaving a ring cookie. Brutsh these with whites of eggs and sprinkle with finely chopped almonds, sugar, and cinnamon.
