8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoon chopped sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
5 oz bleu cheese spread
2 tablespoon instant minced onion

Blend cheeses, add pickle relish and onion. Shape into 10" X 2" roll; wrap in waxed paper. Chill 3-4 hours. Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis
